Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years' experience with AlayaCare or similar healthcare scheduling software
- Customer service experience in healthcare, home care, or another fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot concerns with professionalism, empathy, and tact
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, EMARs, and scheduling platforms
