Job Description
Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite, and assist users with operating systems, including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
Requirements
- Prior experience in desktop support or related field
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Remote support and onsite support
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Having experience in Outlook/office 365.
- Audio and Video conference support
- IT asset management experience
- Good knowledge on ITIL Process
