Job Description
The Carmelite System is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Clerk to process bi-weekly payroll, assist with payroll processing tasks, and maintain employee records. The role is hybrid remote and requires easy commute distance to the Germantown, NY office.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience with payroll/timekeeping software (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, UltiPro)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
