The Mental Health Therapist participates in the clinical team by providing in-office and telehealth counseling to adult clients. Maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients and collaborates with the treatment team to provide holistic care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure: Social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or IMFT)
- Intake screening and orientation for new clients
- Providing mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
- Crisis intervention as necessary
- Coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Group counseling as needed
- Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards
