Job Description
Thrive Counseling Services is seeking a Seasoned Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid role that combines remote and in-person work. The therapist will provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and participate in team meetings. The role requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and a current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience
- Comfortable working with older adults and the life-change progression
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems
