Responsible for recruitment efforts to advertise, attract and engage clients to El Barrio services. Provides initial job seeker engagement through intake and eligibility for job seekers interested in workforce services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced education or vocational training is a plus
- Experience in a related field such as workforce development or social services is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant exposure to or experience with clients experiencing challenges in finding employment
- Proficient in using electronic platforms (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, database management, and virtual learning platforms)
- Reliable transportation is required, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish both oral and written is a plus
