The position involves keeping accurate records of working job seekers, ensuring close contact, and analyzing employment retention data to inform program team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in related area (preferred)
- Bilingual in oral and written English, Spanish
- Ability to travel between locations
- Flexible schedule to work outside of normal business hours
