Job Description
The Customer Support Representative will focus on maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and handling transactional and emergency requests. This role involves business development coordination, operational monitoring, and communicating with sales teams. The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Customer support experience in business-to-business settings
- College degree is strongly preferred
