Job Description
The Outpatient Diabetes Educator is a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing optimal comprehensive diabetes care and education of diabetic clients in accordance with established ADA standards of care.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a field related to healthcare, such as nursing or nutrition.
- Experience: None specified.
- Certification: Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDE) is required or working towards it.
