Job Description
The RN position at JSC SICU provides specialized care to patients with TCH (Treatment and Caring for Healthcare Professionals) who are undergoing inpatient care. The RN utilizes biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing science principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They are culturally sensitive and age specific in their care. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a patient-centered and safe environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrates the nursing process
- Completes all educational requirements for professional competency
- Adheres to American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics
- Maintains competency in POC (point of care) testing
