Job Description
This full-time position involves managing daily patient and physician scheduling using a Practice Management system. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, confirming and scanning orders into EMR, handling incoming calls, preparing patient paperwork, managing finances, and maintaining the front office.
Requirements
- Answers telephone and directs calls.
- Performs phone system/answering service functions.
- Maintains cash drawer and manages financial information.
- Verifies referrals and performs pre-certifications.
