
Job description
Support project teams with accurate financial data, assist project managers with project cost projections and reconciliations, and maintain accurate and detailed project financial records.
Collect and track signed contracts, builder’s risk insurance policies, trade contractor insurance, waivers, sworn statements, bonds, and notice of furnishings. Manage and process all financial transactions performed in the normal course of a construction project.
Required experience, knowledge, and skills include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and other relevant course work, or years of work experience in related job field. Three (3+) or more years of relevant work experience is preferred.
