Casual/Relief Pharmacist -1 Year Contract - Express Scripts Canada

We are seeking a Casual Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Express Scripts Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing meaningful support to our members and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science-Pharmacy or PharmD
• Experience in a retail pharmacy/mail order pharmacy setting preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Strong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions
• Ability to evaluate current state and analyze possible solutions in business workflow
• Ability to train and coach less-experienced staff to desired team results
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Kroll Pharmacy software system is an asset
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefits Management Industry/Managed care industry is an asset
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak volume times
• Valid BC pharmacist license required
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts or on call as necessary
