The Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist - Client Advisor is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering Express Scripts Canada pharmacy benefit management services and programs. The role requires a strong understanding of drug formulary, drug trends, and clinical programs, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• License to practice pharmacy in a province of Canada
• Bilingualism (English/French)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct patient care, drug evaluation, and/or drug information activities
• Knowledge and experience in private/public drug plan reimbursement
• Knowledge in specialized areas such as Neurology/Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Oncology, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and tactfully
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills
• Superior analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic fast-paced work environment
• Team player and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
• Strong organizational skills, proactive and solution-oriented
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite of tools
• Drug database knowledge and experience is considered an asset
