Claims Representative

Claims Representative job requires solving problems, improving customer experience, and processing customer and provider submitted claims. Responsibilities include working in a production environment, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining a balance between productivity and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Life Science/Pharmacy/Paramedical Science/Nursing is an added advantage)
• Minimum 1.5 years to 3 years of experience in US healthcare process, especially in healthcare insurance claims processing
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics
• Adept computer skills, with experience navigating multiple systems
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with accountability
• Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
