Claims Associate Representative

Have a passion for solving problems and improving customer experience? The Claims Associate Representative's primary responsibility is to process and complete customer and provider submitted claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science/Pharmacy/Paramedical Science/Nursing etc.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in prior health care process or processing of US healthcare insurance claims
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed performance metrics such as productivity and quality
• Adept computer skills, with experience navigating multiple systems to complete a single task
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
