Eligibility Representative

The Enrollment Representative is responsible for installing and updating electronic eligibility and online enrollment accounts, processing manual eligibility data requests, and working on fall out reports. This role ensures high-quality and accurate results, providing benefit coverages to Cigna customers.

Requirements

• Process inbound client requests
• Perform research to identify inconsistencies in eligibility data
• Assist with testing and input enrollment into test environment
• Load and test enrollments in test/UAT environment
• Communicate with internal and external business partners
