Eligibility Representative

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an Eligibility Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role supports and delivers administrative and business services in Eligibility, implementing and maintaining eligibility for benefits, interacting with internal partners and external clients/vendors, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma degree in insurance or a similar field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in insurance field or similar
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Familiar with reporting tools
• Oral communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team
• Exceptional organization and time-management focus
• Technical understanding of systems
