Claims Supervisor

The Claims Supervisor will lead a team of Claims processors, supervise day-to-day operations, and manage key financial metrics. The candidate will be responsible for guiding employee actions, resolving inventory concerns, and meeting operational standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Claim Adjudication process
• 2+ years of team management experience
• US & International claims processing experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• People management experience and experience in an inventory management environment
