Job Description
Evernorth Strategic Initiatives Senior Advisor will support the management of various consulting engagements, developing and executing program plans, metrics and timelines, and managing progress to execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience (healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, consulting, finance) highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; Master’s degree a plus
- Exceptional project management skills and strong financial acumen
- Superb oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to perform in a matrix environment
- Ability to manage complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
