Job Description
Help make a measurable difference for customers through healthcare equity programs and initiatives. Lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP) and plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts
- Lead governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution
- Prepare concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates progress, risks, decisions required, and performance metrics
