Job Description
The Senior Advisor Operational Risk and Resiliency will lead the Operational Risk Management team in identifying, managing, and reducing operational and resiliency risks across the organization. This includes conducting Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments, developing and maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policies and procedures, and leading regular testing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Disaster and Emergency Management (DEM), technology, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resiliency, or a related risk management role.
- Professional certification from DRII, BCI, or equivalent is considered a strong asset.
