Strategic Planning Principal - Evernorth - Hybrid

The Principal, Drug Trends and Pipeline Strategy will be responsible for the development and execution of clinical strategies across multiple therapeutic areas to create market differentiating solutions and drive market adoption and growth.

Requirements

• Conduct external and internal reviews of the healthcare landscape
• Evaluate the performance of internal clinical strategies
• Synthesize internal and external insights into innovative and actionable recommendations
• Utilize internal data and modeling to evaluate financial impacts of strategies
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Understand and partner with the Negotiator Team to negotiate contracting language
• Monitor strategy performance and outcomes following implementation
• Develop presentations and strategic updates that synthesize complex information for senior leadership
• Establish and execute internal SOPs and playbooks for the team
