Job Description
As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst at Cigna Healthcare, you will support the UK & Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits across multiple countries, working on compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing. You will ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and clearly understood, enabling the business to attract, retain, and support employees.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Confidence working collaboratively within international and virtual teams
- Strong knowledge of Spanish benefits and local legislation, with broader European exposure preferred
- Experience supporting compensation and benefits across multiple countries or regions
- Agile and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure
- Experience using market compensation surveys (such as WTW)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT proficiency
- Workday experience (highly valued)
- A detail-focused, analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach
