Corporate Secretary - Banking

The Corporate Secretary is a trusted advisor to the Management Board and undertakes various responsibilities related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal processes. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks. As a core member of the Banking team, you will work closely with the Management Board and Supervisory Board to ensure effective governance and decision-making processes.

• Previous experience in a corporate governance or banking role is highly desirable
