Job Description
The Campus Safety Dispatcher is the primary communication link for most Campus Safety calls for service and assistance via the telephone, radio, or walk-in customers. The Dispatcher performs a broad range of services, including dispatching officers, monitoring CCTV Surveillance Systems, and providing information to campus visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in customer service, clerical, and/or telephone support assignments
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure in stressful situations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer technology
