The Senior Title IX Investigator is responsible for assessing Title IX and other sex-based misconduct complaints, conducting investigations, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- A bachelor's (BA/BS) degree from an accredited institution plus five (5) years of experience in legal or compliance-related work
- OR A Juris Doctorate (JD) or a master's degree (in criminal justice, social work, or a related field) plus three (3) years of experience in legal or compliance-related work
- Knowledge and familiarity with applicable state and federal laws related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
