Reporting to the Senior Director of Equal Opportunity & Outreach, the Assistant Director/Investigator conducts investigations, handles resolutions, and plays a lead role in meeting the University's training and education obligations under Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and other federal or state civil rights laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree highly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience conducting investigations on issues of discrimination, harassment, or sexual violence in higher education, human resources, or other civil rights-based positions
- Additional advanced degree in psychology, criminal justice, student affairs, or a related field is desirable
