Job Description
The Testing Center Support Specialist and Exam Proctor supports the administration of academic examinations by ensuring a secure, compliant and student-centered testing environment at the Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC). This role is responsible for coordinating exam logistics, implementing approved testing accommodations, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required
- Understanding of FERPA and ADA regulations
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
- Knowledge of basic recordkeeping procedures
