The Director of Operations will lead production, maintenance, and blending teams to world-class manufacturing performance levels, develop a long-range manufacturing network strategy, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, technical expertise, and business acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years of related work experience
- Strong Financial Acumen (Manufacturing Finance)
- Experience in World Class Manufacturing, Lean, Six Sigma, or relevant SAP application experience
- Food and/or beverage experience
- Relevant SAP application experience
