Job Description
The Senior Director, Global Resource Allocation will oversee the adoption of Fuelight 360 in relevant markets and Bottler/OU-level teams, driving adoption and improved outcomes for key resource allocation decision routines. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, and change management expertise to embed Fuelight 360 into the System’s operational fabric.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant Strategy, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance, experience
- Deep familiarity with the Coca-Cola System and understanding of growth drivers; experience owning a P&L for a market or brand is a plus
- Track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Working knowledge of best practices on portfolio management, resource (DMI) allocation
- Experience in driving business growth as a System (e.g. Franchise GM), and good knowledge of marketing and shopper environment including sales, media, and trade data; knowledge of performance measurement solutions (MVA/MMM) is a plus
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as an efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Science, Finance or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
