Senior Director, People & Culture, Strategy, Planning & Capabilities

Job Title: Senior Director, People & Culture Strategy, Planning & Capabilities. Reports to: SVP, People & Culture, EUROPE OU. As a growth company, we bring people, brands and beverages that make life's everyday moments more enjoyable—while doing business the right way.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of international experience in People & Culture/HR, Strategy/PMO, Corporate Functions, or adjacent areas in multinational companies; experience in other OUs or with bottlers is a plus.
• Demonstrated business/commercial acumen and the ability to convert strategy into executable portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs and complex change at OU/System scale; mastery of stakeholder influence at senior levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies/dynamic resourcing and transformation programs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including executive storytelling and board-level framing.
• Multi-tasking and information processing across diverse sources (business, people, regulatory, reputation).
• Analytical rigor—ability to synthesize complex documents, KPIs, and insights into actions.
• Accountability, collaboration and inspirational leadership; meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
