Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of international experience in People & Culture/HR, Strategy/PMO, Corporate Functions, or adjacent areas in multinational companies; experience in other OUs or with bottlers is a plus.
- Demonstrated business/commercial acumen and the ability to convert strategy into executable portfolios with measurable outcomes.
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs and complex change at OU/System scale; mastery of stakeholder influence at senior levels.
- Experience with agile methodologies/dynamic resourcing and transformation programs.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including executive storytelling and board-level framing.
- Multi-tasking and information processing across diverse sources (business, people, regulatory, reputation).
- Analytical rigor—ability to synthesize complex documents, KPIs, and insights into actions.
- Accountability, collaboration and inspirational leadership; meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
