Job Description
We are hiring four individuals for this position, each aligned to a defined regional cluster. The ideal candidate resides in Indiana, Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, or New York City and brings relevant professional relationships. The Director, Teamship District Partnerships will lead the charge to bring Teamship to students across their region, managing district and school partnerships across a defined U.S. region and set of priority focus states.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in school district leadership or educational sales
- Demonstrated credibility within Career and Technical Education (CTE), work-based learning, or district-level partnership ecosystems
- Established relationships with district leaders, CTE directors, workforce development leaders, or similar stakeholders
- Deep belief that all students deserve access to real-world learning experiences and skill development that prepare them for an AI and automation-enabled workforce
- A track record of influencing senior district leaders
