Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated distribution environment. This includes leading a team, ensuring accuracy and safety, and driving continuous improvement. The role is critical to delivering on the company's mission of providing high-quality food to schools and hospitals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience (food preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in both order selection and receiving
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices
