Job Description
Facility Maintenance Technician for Property Management in New Haven, CT. Perform maintenance tasks for assigned properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs. Work full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in trade experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
