Job Description
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, including activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness. The position assists program staff in maintaining a safe, harm-free environment for residents. The ideal candidate will establish respectful relationships with clients and help them rehabilitate, educate, and successfully re-enter their communities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
