Job Description
The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care, providing support for safety, health, and wellness, and assisting program staff. The ideal candidate will establish respectful relationships with residents and participate in maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
