Job Description
The Strategic Projects team at TCF is responsible for delivering time-bound, high-impact work that supports India's economic growth and human capital development agenda. The team will take up priority projects that typically run 3–6 months, and may extend into longer engagements based on need and outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience
- Manager/Lead/Sr. Lead/Associate Director level
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
- Ability to work closely with senior government officials and partners
- Strong project and program management skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively
