Investment Reporting Associate, Private Wealth

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Investment Reporting Associate to join our Private Wealth Team. In this key role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment performance data, act as a go-to expert for performance reporting systems, and support our firm’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• two or more years related experience
• Knowledge of wealth management portfolio reporting systems
• Schwab or other custodial platform experience
• Knowledge of industry rules and regulations
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team structure
• Ethically driven with an unwavering client commitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote
