We are looking for a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator to join our team of tree care professionals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based communication and experienced in administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Prior administrative, customer service, or call center experience
• Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
• Minumum typing speed of 50 WPM
