Philanthropic Engagement Coordinator

The Doe Fund is seeking a Philanthropic Engagement Coordinator to engage the broader community in our critical mission, develop and implement meaningful corporate engagement, and support special events.

Requirements

• College degree
• Interest in and commitment to issues of homelessness prevention, recidivism prevention, workforce development, and related
• The necessary degree of personal and professional confidence and presence to engage with The Doe Fund's President & CEO, Board of Directors, YPC, leadership staff, participants in The Doe Fund programming, and the broader community
• An ability to adhere to a hybrid schedule, working in person as needed for special events, corporate engagement, donor tours, and other opportunities
• Computer literacy
• Familiarity with a donor database is a plus
• A strategic thinker who can see 'the big picture' while not losing sight of the details, in addition to having creative energy and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superior organizational skills
