Accounts Payable Specialist

The Douglaston Companies is seeking an AP Specialist/Staff Accountant to perform daily corporate accounting responsibilities, including processing invoices, preparing billing analysis, and managing cash management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills – Yardi, MS Word, Outlook, Excel (Excel Certified preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
