The DREAM Program, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for children in low‑income, high‑density housing communities. It delivers a high‑dosage, college campus‑based Village Mentoring model, pairing students with one‑on‑one and team mentors to build trusted relationships and academic support. Complementary services include adventure programming, summer enrichment, and overnight camps that broaden horizons and foster personal growth. By combining intensive mentorship with experiential learning, The DREAM Program uniquely equips vulnerable youth with the confidence and resources needed to pursue postsecondary success and lifelong achievement.

Must be 17 years or older, have a commitment to serving as a positive role model for youth, and have access to a reliable phone

Create a supportive environment for campers, maintain camp facilities, and lead activities

Minimum Experience: Entry-level, Excitement and passion around working with youth, Commitment to the entire service term June 2 or 7th (depending on if lifeguard certification is required) through August 12th

2 years of nursing experience, current VT RN license, and commitment to the entire service term
Overnight Camp Kitchen Crew
Previous experience cooking or working in a kitchen, commitment to the entire service term, commitment to the mission of AmeriCorps and DREAM

Entry-level AmeriCorps position with a commitment to youth services and social equity
