Job Description
Mechanic II position at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., responsible for operating complex machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and identifying and solving mechanical and electrical failures.
Requirements
- Expertly operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces
- Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers
- High level of proficiency in differentiating between mechanical and electrical failures
- Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Self-motivated professionals with a history of excellent attendance
- Dedicated to reducing scrap and preventing deviations
