Job Description
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a Mechanic II to operate complex machinery, perform Preventative Maintenance, and manage work orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Expertly operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces
- Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) and end-to-end equipment changeovers
- Proficient in CMMS (IBM Maximo) for managing work orders, parts procurement, and asset history documentation
