Job Description
The Falcon Group is seeking a licensed Director of Engineering to lead our Boston Massachusetts office, with direct responsibility for overseeing departmental operations, driving client relationships, and providing strategic leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Construction
- Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project delivery
- Licenses & Certifications: Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license, OSHA-10 Certification
