Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for our Miami, FL location. The ideal candidate will provide insight into processes that improve project performance, analyzing estimates, budgets, schedules, contracts, control systems, and then integrating those pieces into an efficient whole to support successful project completion.

Requirements

• At least an Associate's degree or higher from a college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or relevant work experience.
• In lieu of education a minimum of three years of experience in an architectural and engineering consulting firm, construction administration or similar field.
• Valid United States Driver’s License required.
• General Contractor License preferred.
• Building Inspector License preferred.
