Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager for our Miami, FL location. The ideal candidate will provide insight into processes that improve project performance, analyzing estimates, budgets, schedules, contracts, control systems, and then integrating those pieces into an efficient whole to support successful project completion.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree or higher from a college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or relevant work experience.
• In lieu of education, a minimum of ten years of experience in an architectural and engineering consulting firm, construction administration or similar field.
• Valid United States Driver’s License required, as this position requires travel to and from client sites.
• General Contractor License preferred
• Building Inspector License preferred
