Job Description
The Bilingual BIPP Facilitator- Spanish will lead evidence-based psycho-educational groups for men and women who have perpetrated domestic violence, providing intervention, accountability, and skill-building necessary to stop abusive behavior and create safer families.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice, or similar
- Six months of experience working with perpetrators and victims of domestic violence and training in the Duluth Model Facilitation
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
