Job Description
Join Family Resource Network (FRN) as a Floating Support Coordinator and help make a difference for thousands of families across New Jersey. As a Support Coordinator, you'll work with individuals with disabilities and their families to identify and link with needed services and supports. You'll travel throughout the state, maintain a flexible schedule, and work collaboratively with a supportive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- 1-year equivalent experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Computer Proficient (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable car to travel throughout the state of NJ
- Bilingual strongly preferred
